Center Crime Stoppers Seeks Info on Break-in, Theft at Tri-County Offices

Center Crime Stoppers is asking for your help to gain information on a break-in that occurred over the weekend at the Tri-County offices on Nacogdoches Street in Center.

 

Center Police Department Detective David Haley says suspect(s) gained entry into the offices through windows and five Dell computer, including two laptops were taken. Detectives handling the investigation report they were able to collect DNA samples and fingerprints from the scene.

 

Center P.D. Detective Stephen Stroud said, “Burglaries are picking up. They would like to remind everyone to lock doors on vehicles and homes. Keep everything well lighted and if you see anything suspicious, do not hesitate to contact local law enforcement from you area.

 

Center Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information. Anyone who has information regarding this crime should call Center Crime Stoppers at 936-598-SAFE (7233) or submit a tip online at www.centercrimestoppers.com. Remember you don't have to give your name. All calls and cash rewards are completely anonymous. Rewards will only be paid on tips submitted through the Center Crime Stoppers system.
