The Shelby County Chamber of Commerce advised us yesterday afternoon that all slots have been filled for this Saturday’s Fly-in Young Eagle Rally at Center Municipal Airport. The chamber says the response was overwhelming for student’s ages 8 to 17 to receive free airplane rides. The event is sponsored by The Center Municipal Airport Advisory Board and the Shelby County Chamber of Commerce. Gates will open at 9 a.m. with flights beginning at 10 a.m.
