The City of Joaquin has notified Center Broadcasting they will be disconnecting a main water line today, Thursday at around 12:00 noon. Downtown Joaquin will possibly be affected for up to 8 hours by this shutoff. The Haslam area will not be affected. Due to the water outage, Joaquin ISD will release early today. The elementary school will release at 1:10 pm and the Junior High/High School will release at 1:20 pm.
