Memorial Clinics, a division of Memorial Health System of East Texas welcomes Shekofeh Adell to the San Augustine medical community.  Ms. Adell is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and specializes in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases in adults and adolescents.  She joins the Memorial Clinics East Main facility, formerly Haley Clinic at 109 East Main in San Augustine. With more than 12 years of healthcare experience, Ms. Adell has extensive knowledge in critical and emergency care.  Prior to earning her Family Nurse Practitioner certification, Ms. Adell worked for Nacogdoches Medical Center as a staff nurse in the intensive care unit and emergency department. Additionally, she served as the hospital’s interim ICU director.  She received her Family Nurse practitioner degree from the University of Texas Tyler where she also earned her Master of Nursing Administration, and completed her undergraduate studies in nursing at SFA. Ms. Adell is now seeing patients at the Haley Clinic in San Augustine.
