Visitation will be from 4 to 8 Thursday in the Starr Funeral Home. Service will be at 2 Friday in the First Baptist Church in Hemphill, with burial at Gravelhill Cemetery. Judge Charles Watson is survived by his wife, Barbara Watson of Rosevine; sons, Wyatt Edward Watson of Pineland, and Damon Lee Watson of Rosevine; daughter, Deena Jean Nutt of Hurst; sisters, Fayrene Tomlinson of Hemphill, and Barbara Ann Laughlin of Georgia. Judge Watson was in the fourth year of his second term in office as Sabine County Judge.

Among Jimmie Devo Parks, Sr's survivors are, five children, Charles Parks, Shelby Tyre Pope, Susan Windham, Rose Ramirez and Lance Parks, all of Center; a special friend, Dorothy Murphy of Center; sister, Hilda McClung of Missouri; brother-in-law, and Joe Spann of Cleveland.
