She passed away last Friday at her residence in the Norwood Community in San Augustine. Service will be at 2 today at Bethel Baptist Church, with interment in the Sowell Cemetery. Visitation and Wake will be from 11-2 today at the church. Among Dorinda "Punkin" Parker's survivors are, son, Chancellor Partridge; 2 daughters, Tayna Parker of the Norwood Community; and a brother, Delwin Parker of Broaddus. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations can be made toward Ms. Parker's burial.
