A jury in DeSoto Parish sentenced convicted killer Brian Horn to death Saturday. The jury voted unanimously that the former taxi driver should die for killing 12-year old Justin Bloxom four years ago. Horn was found guilty last Wednesday by a jury made up of 6 men and 6 women from the Baton Rouge area and brought to DeSoto Parish. Horn lured Justin into his cab by sending him text messages, pretending to be a teenage girl. Justin’s body was found in a wooded area off U.S. 171 near Stonewall. The jurors made a request before heading back home that they speak with Justin Bloxom’s mother, and said they wanted to go to the Justin Bloxom Memorial Garden.
