If you’re a customer of the N.E.W. Water Supply in San Augustine County, please take note. We have a boil water notice for customers on Route 1 & 4 of the N.E.W. Water Supply, on the North, East and West sides of the City of San Augustine. This is a safety precaution due to a power outage that occurred at the Plant 1 & 4 of the N.E.W. Water Supply. This Does Not include San Augustine Rural Water Supply, GM Water, Bland Lake Water or Denning Rural Water. Again, this does not include San Augustine Rural Water Supply, GM Water, Bland Lake Water or Denning Rural Water. Customers will be notified thru radio when the notice is lifted.
