The Shelby County Chamber of Commerce Healthcare Committee’s 7th Annual Health & Fitness Fair is being held from 9 to 1 today at the Windham Civic Center. Attendees will have the opportunity to have various health screenings which include blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol, hearing screens, PVD screening, bone density tests, and heart awareness information. Event chairman, Meg Camp tells us over 40 booths are part of this year’s health & fitness fair. She says there’s a waiting list for the two mammogram units and she’s got a good list of blood donors signed up…but there’s room if you’d like to give.
