The Nacogdoches County Commissioners' Court has appointed Commissioner Jerry Don Williamson as judge pro-tem until April 1, at which time county judge elect Mike Perry will be sworn in that capacity. The action came yesterday after Joe English resigned last Friday to pursue employment with another county. Perry won the Republican Party Primary election and is the candidate-elect since he has no opponent in November.
