A shooting in Panola County Wednesday night has left a man dead. Sheriff Kevin Lake issued a press release and said that 43-year old Leonard Digilormo of Carthage was found dead of a gunshot wound at a house on U.S. Hwy. 79 in the River Hill community in northeast Panola County. Sheriff’s deputies responded before 8 p.m. to a domestic disturbance involving weapons at the house near the Sabine River. Short time later deputies arrested 17-year old Koby Michael Yoder of Carthage, and charged him with murder of his step-father. Yoder is being held at the Panola County Detention Center.
