If you live in East Center and had your electrical power interrupted briefly late Thursday afternoon, there’s a good reason. Just before 5 o’clock an older model Cadillace struck a utility pole causing the outage. Center Police are investigating the incident. They say the driver was on Noble Street, which is also County Road 2050, left the roadway and ran into the pole. The unidentified individual was taken by ACE EMS to a Nacogdoches hospital for injuries.
