  BY THIS LATE AFTERNOON...BRINGING RAIN WHICH WILL QUICKLY
  TRANSITION TO A WINTRY MIX OF PRECIPITATION BY SUNSET. SLEET AND
  FREEZING RAIN WILL CONTINUE THROUGH EARLY WEDNESDAY
  MORNING...WITH ICE ACCUMULATIONS NEAR ONE QUARTER OF AN INCH...TO
  AS MUCH A THIRD TO HALF INCH POSSIBLE IN SOME LOCALES.

* TIMING...BELOW FREEZING TEMPERATURES WILL SUPPORT ICE
  ACCUMULATIONS IN THE ADVISORY AREA THIS EVENING THROUGH THE
  OVERNIGHT HOURS.

* IMPACT...ICING OF ELEVATED OBJECTS...SUCH AS BRIDGES AND
  OVERPASSES...AND TREES AND POWER LINES...IS POSSIBLE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WINTER STORM WARNING MEANS SIGNIFICANT AMOUNTS OF ICE FROM
SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN ARE EXPECTED THIS EVENING AND OVERNIGHT.
STRONG WINDS ARE ALSO POSSIBLE. THIS WILL MAKE TRAVEL VERY
HAZARDOUS OR IMPOSSIBLE. THERE MAY ALSO BE SOME POWER OUTAGES DUE
TO THE ACCUMULATION OF ICE ON POWER LINES OR MORE LIKELY SOME ICE
COATED FALLEN BRANCHES ON THE POWER LINES.
