Tenaha ISD Implements New Security Tool

The Tenaha Independent School District has just introduced a new communications tool that allows students or parents to report urgent information to school officials across all district campuses.

Known as Anonymous Alerts®, the system encourages students, parents and staff to confidentially report bullying, cyber-bullying, gang-related issues and other sensitive topics through private messages to school officials by building.

According to Tenaha ISD Superintendent Scott Tyner, the school district has a zero tolerance when it comes to behavior that prevents any student from reaching their full potential. Tyner said it’s the Tenaha ISD’s goal to enhance the student’s learning experience and limit any roadblocks to a student’s success.
