Two Arrested in Connection With Recent Shooting

On Saturday, October 12, 2013 the Shelby County Sheriff’s Department received a report in reference to a shooting that occurred in the early morning hours. Deputy Michael Griffin and Investigator DJ Dickerson responded to a residence on County Road 3090 where contact was made with victims Justin Taylor and Killian Richey. Justin and Killian had both been found to have received gunshot wounds to their upper right shoulders.

 

During the course of the investigation, it was found that an altercation occurred at a party near Rag Town that escalated. Justin and Killian left the party and the altercation continued on the roadway after the driver, an Adam Hubble chased after Justin and Killian and a Bryan Waller who was riding with Adam fired multiple shots at the vehicle from a rifle striking the vehicle as well as Justin and Killian.

 

Adam Hubble and Bryan Waller were both arrested for the following charges: 2 counts of Aggravated Assault With Deadly Weapon, Felony 2 and 1 count of Criminal Mischief, State Jail Felony.
