Those for and against the establishment of a groundwater district are invited to attend a meeting on the subject Tuesday, October 22nd at the Windham Civic Center at 6:30 PM. 

"The opposition has been invited to attend and they have indicated that they will be there," says spokesman Terry Allen who addressed the Shelby County Commissioners Court at their meeting this morning. "We want to invite the public to attend and encourage them to ask questions."

The item will be on the November fifth ballot in "very simple language" as Allen put it.
