New Regeneron Infusion Center in Nacogdoches

A regional Infusion Center to treat active COVID-19 patients in East Texas is now open in Nacogdoches.
To qualify for this treatment, a patient must be COVID-19 positive and have a referral from a primary care physician. The physician will coordinate with the center to schedule an appointment.
These infusion centers, equipped with Regeneron's monoclonal antibodies, will treat COVID-19 patents with therapeutic drugs that can prevent their conditions from worsening and requiring hospital care. These center also help increase bed capacity in hospitals so that resources are available for the most ill patients.
The treatment is free and available to all Texans who test positive for COVID-19 and have a doctor's referral.
The infusion center is a collaboration of efforts between the State of Texas through the Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM), Nacogdoches County, the City of Nacogdoches, SouthEast Texas Regional Advisory Council, Nacogdoches Medical Center, and Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital.
