Martinsville ISD has announced that due to an outbreak of the highly infectious Delta variant of the Covid 19 virus, they will close all schools immediately for a deep cleaning.

This also affects any extracurricular activities, events and practices. 

The schools will remain closed, and events cancelled, until after the Labor Day holiday. We contacted the administration and were told the schools will reopen on September 7th.
