Notice is hereby given that a Special meeting of the Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court will be held on the 30th day of June, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:

 

 

 

1. Approve and pay weekly expenses.

 

2. Public comments on Agenda item.

 

3. Discuss and approve Service Agreement with the Texas Association of Counties for email and website hosting services. This service Agreement pertains to new Microsoft 365 email platform.

 

4. Discuss and possibly approve a new vehicle for Pct. 5 Constable.

 

5.  County Treasurer to discuss investment deposit options with First National Bank of Wichita Falls.

 

6. Revise County Investment Policy to add First National Bank of Wichita Falls as an Approved Broker / Dealer for investments.

 

7. Discuss and possibly approve new investments.

 

8. Adjourn.
