Notice is hereby given that a Regular meeting of the Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court will be held on the 12^th day of May, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:

 

1. Approve the minutes of the April 7, 2021 Special meeting, April 14, 2021 Regular meeting, April 21, 2021 Special meeting April 28, 2021 Special meeting, of the Shelby County Commissioner’s Court.

 

2. Approve and pay weekly expenses.

 

3. Approve current payroll.

 

4. Approve Officers Reports.

 

5. Public comments on Agenda item.

 

6. Discuss and possibly take sealed bids on 2007 Volvo Road Grater Model G930 for Commissioner Pct. 2.

 

7. Discuss and possibly approve Pct.4 Commissioner to Lease-Purchase a 2021 John Deere 6110M Boom Mower.

 

8. Adjourn.
