On the evening of November 5, 2019, at around 6 p.m. citizens gathered at the gazebo in downtown Timpson, Texas to honor the passing of Tamoya Gentry with a candlelight vigil. Gentry passed away after being struck by an automobile on the evening of Saturday, November 2, 2019, in Center, Texas.
