Sealed bids will be taken on the Old Shelby General Hospital property. 

 

Shelby County is taking sealed bids on the complete property of approximately 6.73 acres and on part of the property of 3.75 acres. 

 

A bid packet will be available at the County Judge’s office.

 

The sealed bids will need to be turned in on or before December 3, 2019, at the County Judge’s office.
