5.    Monthly Reports:
a.    Utility Billing Manager Report —  Monthly receipts
b.    Public Works -Update —  Departmental Updates
6.    Council approval on Payment of Bills
7.    Discussion & council action on Jackson/Paxton water rates.
8.    Discussion & council action on claiming Joaquin as a sanctuary city for the unborn. No abortions allowed inside of our city.
9.    Council will hold a closed Executive Session Meeting

10.    Council reconvenes & possible action on matters discussed in executive session
11.    Discussion & Council Action on adoption of proposed tax rate (0.336200 per $100 of value)
12.    Discussion & Council Action on increasing Newton Johnson’s rate.

14.    Discussion & Council Action on Drug Testing Company.
15.    Discussion & Council Action on Christmas Parade & Festival.
16.    Discussion to determine the status of the old city hall. 
17.    Discussion & Council action on businesses inside the city who provide trash cans for cleaning of cars, to place a dumpster on their property & be kept free from trash on the property.
