The Joaquin City Council meets in regular session this evening and among the agenda items will be to discuss and possibly take action on a request by an Eagle Scout to construct a memorial in the city park in remembrance of students that lost their lives in an accident in 2001; a request by a Boy Scout to erect a flag pole on the lot next to Worsham’s Grocery; and discuss and consider approval of the Tri County Vendor Agreement. That’s a meeting of the Joaquin City Council at 6 this evening.
