Woman Arrested by Nacogdoches County Sheriff's Office for Drugs

A Cushing woman has been arrested by the Nacogdoches County Sheriff’s Office for drugs after a traffic stop near Cushing last night.  Around 10:00 pm Deputies stopped a Red Honda Elantra passenger car for a traffic violation on FM 225 North in the 13000 block. 
Two subjects were in the motor vehicle during the traffic stop. After contact with the driver of the motor vehicle, deputies made contact with the passenger in the motor vehicle. Both subjects has nervous demeanor and gave conflicting statements. Deputies obtained consent to search the motor vehicle. Deputies observed the suspect attempt to conceal contraband on her person. Deputies discovered that the suspect Leslie Grider was in possession of  4 grams of crystal methamphetamine. 
Leslie Grider 41 years of age was booked into the Nacogdoches County Jail on Possession of a controlled substance a 3rd felony. 

A Nacogdoches man has been arrested on several felony charges after a traffic stop by Deputies with NCSO. On Thursday morning around 12:40 am, deputies stopped a blue Nissan passenger car for two traffic violations in 1400 block of FM 2609. 
The driver and lone occupant of the vehicle were identified as Jaqualin Sessions, 20 years of age. Upon contact with the driver, deputies smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle.  Upon searching the vehicles deputies found two handguns, marijuana and multiple containers of pills of different types to include ecstasy. 
One of the weapons found in the vehicle had previously been reported through the Nacogdoches Police Department as stolen. The vehicle was reportedly stolen from a vehicle within the city in early August of this year. 
Sessions was arrested at the scene and booked in at the Nacogdoches County Jail on two second-degree felony charges for possession of a controlled substance and one third degree felony charge for possession of a controlled substance. Sessions was also charged with Theft of a firearm a State Jail felony, possession of marijuana a class A misdemeanor and prohibited weapon a 3rd felony.  Total bond was set at $97,500 dollars.
