2. Discuss FY 2019-2020 Tax Rate.

3. Discuss FY 2019-2020 Proposed Budget.

Notice is hereby given that a Special meeting of the Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court will be held on the 4st day of September, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:

1. Approve and pay weekly expenses.

2. Approve current payroll.

3. Public comments on Agenda item.

4. Take action regarding the County Road speed limit signs for Pct. 4.

5. Josh McAdams to address Commissioners Court to close 696ft off County Road 1039. 

6. Discuss and possibly approve amendments to be added to the County Travel policy.

7. Discuss and possibly approve the Cooperative Road Agreement between Shelby County and USDA, Forest Service National Forest and Grasslands in Texas.
