The Shelby County Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors will hold a relocation ribbon cutting for City Blends Smoothie Café /TANtalizing Tanning Salon, at 11 a.m., tomorrow. City Blends’ new location is 919 Tenaha St. in Center. Owners are Shawn Danley, Regina Danley and Brandi Adkison. Refreshments will be served.
