The Shelby County Commissioners' Court met at 9:30 a.m. at the active Shelby County Courthouse located at 200 San Augustine Street, in Center, Texas on June 26, 2019. After an opening prayer and the pledge of allegiance to the American and Texas flags, they took the following actions:

 

1. They approved and paid weekly expenses.

 

2. They approved the current payroll.

 

3. No public comments on the agenda items were given.

 

4. They looked at bids for remodeling the Juvenile Probation building to accommodate the Justice of the Peace District 1 office. After discussing the matter the court talked about possibly purchasing a new metal or pre-built building. The court decided to table the matter for a later meeting.

 

5. The court adjourned.
