There was a ring presentation ceremony for the Shelbyville Dragons boys basketball team who the current Texas State Basketball champions for 2019. The event was held on Monday evening June 3, 2019, at 7:30 p.m. at the Shelbyville High School Cafeteria. The public gathered to honor the boys and their coach David Schmitt.
