An Amber Alert was issued Monday evening around 7:45pm. for 11-year old Savannah Hurley, who has been located safely in Trinity County. Authorities say Monday afternoon, the girl's mother, Shelly Jean Hurley, 46, abducted Savannah when Child Protective Services came to remove the child from her custody. Hurley has been taken into custody. Also, Savannah's maternal grandmother, Patricia Rutledge, 64, was arrested in Trinity County and is charged with interfering with child custody. No bond has been set yet.
