The Joaquin City Council will be meeting in regular session this evening. Among the agenda items will be a presentation by Terry Byrd on the Shelby County Groundwater District, and discussion and possible action by the council to approve a resolution on the ground water conservation district; in addition to discussion and approval of water contracts with the Towns of Logansport and the Paxton/Jackson Water System.
