A Logansport teacher has been arrested, accused of sending a student sexually explicit text messages. 34-year-old Marcus McCan is charged with prohibited sexual contact with a student.  The DeSoto Parish Sheriff's Office says McCan turned himself in to authorities Monday morning. Investigators say McCan, who was a coach and math teacher at Logansport High School texted the 17-year-old student sexually-charged messages several times. McCan resigned in October after law enforcement started their investigation.
