CHI St. Luke's Memorial in San Augustine has incurred a power failure as a result of last night's storm. Their back-up generator is not working at this time. Therefore, they are not accepting any emergency room patients. Tina Sellers with St. Luke's tells Center Broadcasting, they have a crew on site attempting to repair the back-up generator. All patients at the hospital have been discharged or transferred to the Lufkin hospital.
