On March 28, 2019 Sheriff Jayson Richardson hosted a Retiree's Breakfast for all retired law enforcement within the DeSoto Parish Sheriff's Office. This is a bi-annual event that is held
 at the DeSoto Parish Training Center and has been a huge success. Pancakes, Biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage, and refreshments were graciously provided by Pirogues Catering Service.

 

 

 

 

Many of these retired men and women served together in law enforcement for years, but rarely get the opportunity to gather in one place to visit with one another. The breakfast event aims
 to help keep them connected to each other and to the Sheriff's Office. Many have paved the way for a better future in our parish, and their sacrifices are innumerable to count. We are grateful for their service and for events such as these that bring together
 experience and wisdom in law enforcement.
