Charles E. Ramsey, 73, of Joaquin, passed away Monday in Center. Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., Today at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. A memorial service will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Watson & Sons Chapel.
