After a spectacular season, the Shelbyville Dragons came out in the lead defeating the Gruver Greyhounds 67 to 48 to claim the state championship in basketball for class 2A at the Alamo Dome in San Antonio, Texas. 

 

 

 

Congratulations to the Shelby Dragon basketball team and their excellent Coach David Schmitt that lead them to victory this year. Shelby County was well represented.
