The Tenaha City Council has a special called meeting at 5:15 today, and among their agenda items will be the approval of the new fiscal year budget which begins Oct. 1, and setting the effective tax rate; discuss contract maintenance and mowing; and discuss maintenance of city-owned property. The council is also expected to go into executive session to discuss the purchase of property and discuss personnel. That's a meeting of the Tenaha City Council meeting at 5:15 this afternoon.
