Shelby County Commissioners' Court

The Shelby County Commissioners' Court will have a special meeting at 9:30 this morning, and among the agenda items will be the adoption of the 2013 Sheriff and Constable Fees for Shelby County; accept or reject sealed bids on property located in the Joaquin ISD Woodland Shores survey; accept or reject trustee property located in the Jesse Amason survey to be donated to the City of Center for the purpose of expanding the Perry Sampson Park; and approve for Commissioner Pct. 3 Travis Rodgers to purchase a bob-tail dump truck through the Buy Board.  Additionally, during public comment, Jim Pate is to address the court about his concern regarding a public official using a county-owned vehicle for his campaigning purposes; and Ray Dees to present remodel plans for the old elementary school. Greg Smith with A-lert Roof Systems is to also make a presentation in regards to roof replacement on the probation department building.  That's a special meeting of the Shelby County Commissioners' Court at 9:30 this morning at the courthouse.
