Garrison woman began probation term

A Garrison woman began a probation term last Friday after pleading guilty to shooting at her former employer's residence in June. 41-year old Danielle Rene Winters, will serve a five-year probated sentence after pleading guilty to a charge of second-degree aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.  Nacogdoches County Sheriff's deputies arrested Winters after learning she had gotten intoxicated and took a gun to her former supervisor's residence and began shooting at it.  Winters had been fired from her job at Mr. Will's Bar and Grill earlier that week. She had only worked at the store for a few days when one of the manager's had fired her.
