Helen Marie Behrens, 78, of Montgomery, TX passed away Monday in Conroe. A graveside service will be held today at 11:00 am at the Old Tenaha Cemetery, in Tenaha.  Service entrusted to Mangum Funeral Home of Center.

 

Lawanda White, 83, of Center passed away at her residence Wednesday. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. today at White Rock Baptist Church in Center. Burial will follow at White Rock Cemetery in Center.  She is survived by a daughter, Dianne Murphree of Kingwood.

 

Robert Michael Agnew, 50, of Tenaha, passed away Wednesday in Huntsville while working. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., today at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., tomorrow at Ramah Missionary Baptist Church in Tenaha. Burial will follow at Ramah Cemetery in Tenaha. He is survived by his parents: Robert & Judy Agnew of Tenaha, his wife, Molly Agnew of Tenaha, as as well 3 sons and 3 daughters.

 

Franklin Ronald “Ronnie” Jackson, Sr., 69, of Joaquin passed away Wednesday at Willis Knighton Medical Center in Shreveport, LA.  Visitation will be Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. at Mangum Funeral Home.  Graveside Service will be 5:00 p.m. Saturday at Jackson Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Hewitt Jackson of Joaquin, a son, Franklin Ronald Jackson of Joaquin and a daughter, Veressa Joy Jackson of Joaquin.

 

Esther A. Fields, 95, passed away yesterday while at East Texas Hospice in Tyler. Visitation will be at the Watson and Sons Funeral home from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. on Sunday. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday at Watson and Sons Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at Sardis Cemetery on FM 414 in the Sardis Community.

 

Donald E. Storm Sr., 74, of Joaquin, passed away Monday at his residence.  A military honors graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m., Monday, September 24 at Houston National Cemetery in Houston.  He is survived by Wife, Marion Lavern Storm of Joaquin, 2 Daughters Donell Storm Sutcliffe of Nacogdoches, Tracey Tanton of Evadale, and a son Donald E. “Butch” Storm Jr. of Center.

 

Avalia "Boya" "Gopher" Roy, 70, of Tenaha passed away Wednesday in Tenaha.  Funeral Services are pending at Taylor Funeral Home in Timpson.
