To Whom It May Concern:

 

Every year, Shelby County Outreach Ministries, Inc. holds a Free
Community Thanksgiving Dinner. This gives people of this wonderful
Community of ours, that may not be able to spend this time with loved
Ones, a chance to have a great meal with amazing fellowship.

The Community Thanksgiving Dinner will be on November 22nd,
Thanksgiving Day, and lunch will be served from 11am to 1pm.

As with any community event, there are many variables unknown to us
Like the number of people that show up and how much food will be 
Needed.  We are asking all the local businesses and churches to help
Contribute to this Thanksgiving Dinner to ensure that we have enough 
Food to feed everyone.
