Arrest Report for September 18^th

Ricky Ingram, 50, of Gary, Texas was arrested by Shelby County Sheriffs for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Public intoxication.

James Christopher Flow, 27 of Center was arrested by Joaquin Constables for Burglary of a Habitation.

All Suspects are innocent until proven guilty before a court of law.
