Jimmye Elaine Watkins Wallace, 80, of Joaquin, passed away Friday in Carthage. Funeral Services were held over the weekend at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. She is survived by Husband Joe Neil Wallace of Joaquin, and daughters Elaine Carol Hall Looney of Lufkin and Nancy Evelyn Hall Keeling of DeBerry.
