Driving at high speeds leads to single car accident on FM 414 around 2:45 Tuesday afternoon.  Justin Darrell Shofner, 19, was driving his 1998 Toyota 4 Runner at a high rate of speed southbound when the vehicle swerved off the roadway. Shofner overcorrected and then traveled across the roadway and exited on the left 4 tenths of a mile north of CR 3083. Shofner's vehicle then struck a mobile home belonging to Martha Rash. Damages to the Mobile Home were sustained, however no one was home at the time of the incident. DPS responded to the scene and Shofner was cited for unsafe speed.
