At around 11 p.m. on August 20th, 2018 Nacogdoches officers responded to a call and found a female and a male in a highly intoxicated state. An 8-year-old male, the female's son, was found to have a bite mark on his cheek. The bite was allegedly inflicted by the child's mother. The female was arrested and Child Protective Services responded to care for the child.
