Lots of changes to our atmosphere that should bring some wetter, cooler temperatures later this week, but first....you guessed it...HOT, HUMID, and "FEELS LIKE" day time temps of 100 degrees.

 

Today - Mostly Sunny, kicked off at 71 degrees toward a high of 91, but a feels like of 100 degrees, this afternoon from 1-8pm especially with the mostly light winds at 5-8 mph.

Thur - 71 start to 91 degree temp with clouds forming and a chance for a morning shower is possible. Nothing significant... less than 1/10th, if that. 

 

Friday - begins a multiple day period of T-storms and showers. The days will see 71 degree starts, but actual temps of a cooler 88 degrees.

 

We will continue with our humidity making it feel slightly warmer than the actual temperature. The "coolness" will be enhanced with the winds blowing at 10+ mph. Keep your rain gear handy. This looks to continue through the early part of next week. Some forecasts call for the rains to continue through mid to late next week.  I will be interested to see what the NWS says on the Thursday AM weather briefing. Even with the T-storms we will see mostly light rain of 1/10th to 1/4 inch each day. Unless that is, If you are under one of these widely scattered and isolated T-storms, you could see higher amounts, just like last Sunday.
