The Dixie Youth Baseball World Series will be held in Center Texas July 20th - 23rd.

3:00 - Team Games at Center Park

 

6:00 - Team Meal

 

7:30 - Opening Ceremonies

 

9:00 - Fireworks Show following Opening Ceremonies

 

 

 

Saturday - July 21

8:00 - Games begin at Center Park and Girls Softball Complex

 

1:00 -  Hospitality Tent Lunch from 1:00 - 2:00

 

7:00 Team Bonding: Pizza and Movie Night at Windham Civic Center

 

 

 

Sunday - July 22

10:00 Games begin at Center Park and Girls Softball Complex

 

1:00 - Hospitality Tent Lunch from 1:00 - 2:00

 

3:00 - Team Bonding: Fun Day at Portacool Park 3:00 - 9:00

 

7:00 - Team Meal: Hamuburgers/Hotdogs/Chips/Drink at Portacool Park

 

 

 

Monday - July 23

8:00 - Games begin at Center Park and Girls Softball Complex

Volunteers

Host Families, Team Check-in, Hospitality Tent - Sat, Sun and Mon, Movie Nights and Pizza - Saturday, Fun Dat at the Park - Sunday, T-Shirt Table

 

We are in need of around 45 Host Families.  These families will coordinate with their teams the different activities that are planned.  A Host Family would decorate their team's table for the opening ceremony and make up some goody bags for them to have.  A Host Family is encouraged to do anything that would make their team feel welcomed.

Field Sponsors during Event - 7 Fields, Big Sign on Field, Name on all publications of Brackets on Site, In Program, Online - $1250 per field / we supply a sign that you keep.  $1000 per field if a sign is supplied

Hospitality Tent - Saturday, Sunday, Monda - $200 each day

Team Dinner - Opening Ceremonies - $1500
