At around 1 p.m. on 5-30-18 the Center Fire Department responded to a string of fires starting off FM 699 on CR 3736.  It is believed at this time according to the fire department that someone started these fires and they were traveling in a black truck.  The Center Fire Department called in for backup from the Tenaha Fire Department and the U.S. Forrest Service also.  If you are traveling in this area be very careful and yield to emergency services.
