On May 17, 2018, Agents with the DeSoto Parish Sheriff's Office Narcotics Division received numerous citizen complaints of a citizen distributing illegal narcotics in the Logansport area.  An investigation was opened and undercover operation was started at which time Narcotics Agents were able to approach and purchase illegal narcotics directly from the subject.  An arrest warrant was then issued for Daytrus Hill (B/M - DOB: 02/15/86) of Jackson Rd. in Logansport, LA.  Hill was explained his Miranda rights and arrested without incident on 4 counts of distribution of Schedule II.
