1. They approved the minutes of the April 4th, 2018 Special meeting, April 11th, 2018 Regular meeting, April 18th, 2018 Special meeting, and the April 25th, 2018 Special meeting.

 

2. They approved and paid weekly expenses.

4. They approved public comments on Agenda items.

 

5. Burt Furlow addressed the court about the tree and the flag pole over at the Sheriff’s Office.

 

6. Pct.1 Commissioner to take sealed  bids for  2 dump trailers,  2 half tone pickup , 65 model winch truck, and 580 Case Backhoe.  He will be taking bids beginning tomorrow 5-9-18 to 5-22-18 and the plan to open the bids in court on May 23rd, 2018.  

 

7. Pct. 2 Commissioner to take sealed bids for 90 model Mack Truck.  He will be taking bids beginning tomorrow 5-9-18 to 5-22-18 and the plan to open the bids in court on May 23rd, 2018.
